Policies 

Deposits:

A $50 deposit is required for your upcoming color appointment. It is a non-refundable down payment which will go towards your balance upon payment for services. Your appointment deposit must be completed to secure your spot. Your deposit secures your appointment date and time will no longer be offered to any other person. If you cancel or do not show at your appointment the deposit will not be refunded and it cannot go towards future services.

First time bookings for color services. $50

24-hour Cancellation policy

I do understand that there are emergencies and situations that cannot be helped. However, if arriving late canceling/ rescheduling or simlpy not showing at your appointment becomes a habit, you will be charged as follows :

• LESS THAN 24-HOUR notice, excessive late arrivals and/or rescheduling will require a $35-$50 advance to reserve your next appointment.
• NO SHOWS will require a $35-$50 advance to reserve your next appointment.

Rescheduling during peak months (August-December) will include a $10 rescheduling fee.

As a courtesy, I do text to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If I am unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments. You are always welcome to text me and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.

Late/Tardy Policy

I have always tried my best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of the day by delaying clients who come in on time.

Clients will generally be allowed a 15 minute grace period. After that time, if no comunicaton is made, you risk loosing your appointment.

A compromise for a late arrival is to forgo parts of the service in order to keep in the time allotted for you. Please, always drive safe. Communicate any concern with arriving on time.

These policies allow the opportunity to alert clients on standby of any openings. I very much appreciate your business and compliance with these policies.
