I appreciate at least a 24-hour notice of a cancellation. The more time that I have to fill the appointment reserved for you, the better. Last minute cancellations are less likely to be filled.
Both myself and the clients on standby, who will fill your spot, will greatly appreciate the opportunity to meet our needs.
